Hi, I'm Amanda!
Welcome to Amanda's Remedy. With fitness and nutrition plans, I work collaboratively with you to help educate and empower you to live a healthier and happier life.
I'm a practising Registered Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer. I use my knowledge and experience to guide and support women like you to find confidence through food and movement programmes suited to your mind and body.
We can work together online or by meeting in person in Bristol.

By looking at your current habits and eating routines, we work together to ensure you have a healthy relationship with food and that you are eating nutrient dense meals, whilst still enjoying your favourites.
