If you want to lose weight, build strength, improve form, or prevent injury, you're in the right place. All programmes are aimed to help you build confidence and improve your fitness.

30 minute session: £25
1 Hour Session for 2: £60
Online Personal Training
Great for those who want results but A) prefer to work out alone, B) are not in a commutable distance to Bristol, C) need flexibility.
What's Included:
- Access to my fitness hub through an app
- 30-Minute consultation
- 30-Minute progress check-in
- A personalised interactive training programme
- 'How To' videos and guidance
- Habit tracking
- WhatsApp support
- Weekly accountability check-ins
- Monthly progress check-ins
- Basic nutrition support
£120
(Billed every 4 weeks)
Hybrid
Perfect for those who would like a mix of both online support and in-person sessions.
All features from face-to-face and online personal training packages are included.
If you have 1 face-to-face session per week, the fee is an additional £50 for online support.
If you have 2 face-to-face sessions per week, the fee is an additional £25 for online support.
If you have 3+ face-to-face sessions per week, online support is free!
Charges are billed every four weeks.
